At Steak and Beer, we watch over all of our customers' satisfaction. 

We are aware that eventually, some may need to return products they bought from our company. In these cases, the conditions we have established for returns are as follows:

When a piece or accessory described in the package is missing, a customer may contact us to request at no cost the replacement of that item within 30 days after purchase.

Regardless of the conditions, exclusions and rights listed in our guarantee policy, Steak and Beer agrees to replace at no cost any piece or accessory that is defective in the package, as long as it is reported online, within a 3 month term after the purchase.

Our company is committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items where the customer has simply changed their mind. This policy includes, but is not limited to, cases where the customer has:

• Changed their preference for a different color, size, or style.
• Decided they no longer want the product.
• Found the product cheaper elsewhere.
• Purchased the product as a gift, and the recipient does not want it.

We are manufacturers of excellent quality products that are submitted to the most rigorous quality control before leaving the factory. 

After receiving the product, you should review your package content and will have 1 week to report any issues. 

After that time, if no issues are reported, it is understood that the received product is satisfactory in perfect condition and coincides in materials, color, dimensions and design with what was selected at the time of purchase through our website or in our stores, and additionally certifies that an instruction manual of use and assembly was received together with the product in which is described the materials, instructions, precautions and corresponding care of the acquired product.

The following describes the conditions under which we guarantee the quality of all our products.

All of our products have a warranty term that is counted starting from delivery to the customer and is determined as follows:

-Cylinder, Lid, Base: 5 years of warranty against oxidation.

-Wooden components: 2 years, excluding the deterioration or discoloration.

-Thermometer: 1 year.

-All remaining parts: 2 years

This limited warranty covers factory defects due to materials that affect the quality, suitability, security and functionality of the product. During the said term, STEAK AND BEER AUSTRALIA PTY LTD. recognizes its customer's rights to request warranty compliance under the following conditions:

All requests for an exchange with the warranty should be accompanied by the respective purchase receipt. The request will be handled in a maximum of fifteen (15) business days after the product is received. Please note that we reserve the right to exchange the item for another one of equal characteristics, or to send an official expert to the site where the product is located, or to remit the item to our Technical Service workshop for its diagnosis in which it will be evaluated to see if warranty repair applies.

In which case, the process of repair will take place in thirty (30) business days that are counted from the day after the request is received.

-If after the technical diagnosis we find the product warranty applicable, the replacement of the affected part or the repair will be made completely free of charge for the repair of the defects that it had or the required spare parts will be supplied in a time no greater than 30 days.

-If the product cannot be repaired, we will proceed with an exchange for another of the same kind of item or a refund of the money that was paid.

-In the previously described case, the consumer that gives us the product of the warranty should sign the service order form which states the date and the state in which our personnel received the item.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The warranty will not be applicable if after reviewing the part or item, we find that the diagnostic (is):

-That the imperfection, the damage, or the novelty that the product presents is due to a third party, the inadequate use of, or mistreatment by the consumer.

-That the consumer didn’t apply the installation instructions, use or maintenance indications in the product manual or in the warranty.

-That the consumer omitted the precautions described in this document, on our website or on the product box.

-Material or finishing discoloration or deterioration, produced by prolonged exposure to the sun, salt or humidity.

-Material deterioration or oxidation as a result of cleaning the barrel and its accessories with steel wool, metallic sponges, abrasive products or pointy or sharp objects.

-Discoloration of the smoker cylinder is produced by the effect of direct contact with hot embers.

Additional notes:

-The warranty described here only has validity in Australia.

-Once the legal warranty term expires, the customer should assume the payment of any revision, diagnosis, transfer, repair and/or spare part that the item requires.

-We reserve the right to modify the policies of our limited warranty.

-There isn't a performance warranty, not expressed nor implied for the barrel grills Steak and Beer. Our company doesn't have control over the installation, operation, cleaning, maintenance or the type of combustion used.

COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: 

LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY.

With this voluntary and express warranty, STEAK AND BEER AUSTRALIA PTY LTD. is exempt from the responsibility of injuries, death, material or nonmaterial damages produced by inadequate use of any of our products.

The manufacturer will not be responsible for injuries of people, animals or things when they are a consequence of having omitted the recommendations, instructions, precautions and warnings described in the use and assembly manuals or on the outer part of the package.

Our company will also not be responsible for damage or injuries caused by the ill-intentioned or premeditated actions against third parties using or taking advantage of our products, nor for any use that is against the law that has been given for the product.

The parts or accessories that were replaced due to factory defects will conserve the same term of warranty the remains for the parts or accessories that were initially replaced.
